My Background

Hi, my name is Wendy. I’m a certified Holistic Massage Therapist (accreditation), a Reiki Master, a mum, and an animal lover.

Over the past decade, I’ve explored a variety of therapeutic practices, but I felt especially drawn to holistic massage because of the way it works with the body as a whole. Rather than focusing solely on physical tension, holistic massage recognises the deep connection between the body, mind, and emotions — and how each can influence the others.

Through gentle, intentional touch, holistic massage helps calm the nervous system, release held tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Many clients describe the experience as deeply relaxing and grounding, often leaving with a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.

 

This approach allows me to gently support people in reconnecting with their bodies in a way that feels safe, calming, and deeply restorative.

A safe space to relax and restore

Your session begins with a relaxed consultation, where we’ll talk about your health, lifestyle, and what you’d like support with. This helps me tailor the treatment to your needs on the day and ensures you feel comfortable and supported throughout.

The massage takes place in a calm, nurturing space designed to help you unwind fully. Using slow, intentional movements, the treatment encourages your nervous system to settle, allowing tension to release naturally.

Holistic massage is a deeply individual experience. Some clients notice physical relief, while others experience emotional release, mental clarity, or a deep sense of calm. After your treatment, you’ll have time to gently return to the room and, if you wish, discuss anything you noticed or ask questions.

Each session is guided by what your body needs in that moment, creating a calm, supportive experience.
